First Tennessee Development District (FTDD) is excited to provide college and high-school interns this summer to organizations throughout eight counties. Interns will help with marketing, branding, social media outreach or scheduling, and managing the front desk or visitor center. Internships will be part or full time.
Interns will rank the organizations from most interested too least. After the submission of the student's application and resume, FTTD will set up a meeting between the student and organization. Some organizations are strictly for college students or high-school and others are a combination of both. If an organization offers a hybrid this means that they will allow students to work remote and in-person. Below you can locate the internship descriptions along with an application. Pay for the internship will be monthly stipends. The stipend will be $1000 paid in two payments outlined in the contracts with 10 hours per week required. Please send both the application and a resume to lryans@ftdd.org to be considered for the interviewing process. Download and fill out the application below.
Please complete the application and attach a resume then email to lryans@ftdd.org.
